Ensuring user anonymity while maintaining data accuracy and enabling law enforcement to respond quickly. Handling sensitive data with proper encryption and access controls.
Solution
Implemented anonymous reporting with optional identity verification, built real-time mapping with WebSocket updates, encrypted sensitive data at rest and in transit, and created separate officer dashboard with role-based access.
Outcome
Deployed across 5 cities with 50,000+ monthly active users. Reduced average response time to reports by 30%. Helped solve 200+ cases in first year.
